Ham Steaks with Gruyere, Bacon & Mushrooms
2 tablespoons spread
1/2 pound cut new mushrooms
1 shallot, finely hacked
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/8 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
1 completely cooked boneless ham steak (around 1 pound), cut into four pieces
1 glass destroyed Gruyere cheddar
4 bacon strips, cooked and disintegrated
1 tablespoon minced new parsley, discretionary
